Cancelling or moving your appointment
We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Less than 24hours notice you may be asked to use your deposit.
Timings
Keeping on-time is something that we try our best to honour, to allow everyone to be treated fairly and respectfully, having each person's needs met. When it comes to the end of your session, we use a door bell system which will inform you that the session is complete. Sometimes there is availability to stay for longer, but please note you will be charged for the extra service.
