Yes, a £10 deposit is requested. We ask kindly  that all clients allow us 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. Short notice and we may ask to use your deposit to cover our over-heads. If you pay £10 when you book, the remaining balance will be paid when you come in for your session.

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Less than 24hours notice you may be asked to use your £10 deposit

When it comes to the end of your session, we use a soft door bell system which will inform you that the session is complete. We appreciate that sometimes it feels like you want to stay and continue, but if there is more to do, you will be guided to make another appointment.  If the session does go over significantly, you will be asked to pay for your extra service time, and we thank you for this.
