What to Expect During Your Energy Healing Session
Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to combine energy healing with spirit-guided communication, offering a comprehensive approach to well-being:
Energy Healing: We identify and release energetic blockages that may be rooted in emotional trauma, physical pain, ancestral patterns, or womb trauma. Divine White Light flows through your energy field, cleansing and supporting recovery from illness and injury.
Spirit Communication: We connect with your spirit guides, who guide the session with your highest good in mind, helping you achieve spiritual clarity and emotional peace.
Each session lasts 90-120 minutes and follows this structure:
Goal Setting: You're invited to set an intention or share a goal for the session, focussing on your healing journey.
Spirit Communication (30 minutes): Insights from your spirit guides to provide clarity and support.
Session Summary: We discuss your session's outcomes and provide guidance from your spirit team for your next steps.

As a mediator Dion offers a safe space to bring to light challenges, and receive HD Light Healing, together with your partner. HD Light Healing is also a great way to release blocked energy, which can build up can affect our relationships.
